All four homes are in Kardámena, on the south coast of Kos in the Dodecanese. Ostria View, Aura Beach Studio and Votsalo sit on 28is Oktovriou by the water; Cosy is on Polytechniou in the centre of the village, 200 m from the beach.

Between 8 and 9 km, depending on which home you are in — roughly a 15-minute drive. Kos Town and the main port are about 26 km away.

Two of you, and the sea is the point? Aura Beach Studio or Votsalo — they are attached to each other on the beach and are all but identical, so take whichever is free. Four of you in two couples? Book both. A family or a group of up to five in one home? Ostria View for the beachfront and the private roof terrace, Cosy if you would rather be in the middle of the village with two bathrooms and a flexible check-out.

None of the four homes has a dedicated parking space, so parking is on the street. In Kardamena that is usually straightforward outside the peak evening hours — and from any of the four you can walk to the beach, the tavernas and the bus stop, so the car tends to stay where you left it.

Ostria View is five metres from the water. Aura Beach Studio and Votsalo are attached to each other directly on the beach — a few steps from door to sand. Cosy is 200 m from the central beach, about a three-minute walk.

Ostria View welcomes children of all ages and has a baby cot and a high chair, free on request, plus a free extra bed. Aura and Votsalo welcome children of all ages but have no cots or extra beds, and each sleeps two — for a family of four, the two studios side by side are usually the answer. Cosy accepts children over 5 years old.

Ostria View and Cosy: check-in 15:00–22:00. Aura and Votsalo: check-in 15:00–18:00. Check-out is 11:00–11:30 at Ostria View, 11:00–12:00 at Aura, 08:00–11:00 at Votsalo, and any time at all at Cosy, which has 24-hour check-out. Please tell Katerina your arrival time in advance so someone is there to meet you.
