We are a small, family-run team, born and raised on Kos. Our collection is four homes in Kardámena — each chosen for the same three reasons: comfort, character, and how close it is to the water.
We handle everything ourselves: the cleaning, the check-in, the messages. No agencies, no automated replies. Guests arriving on late flights find the fridge already stocked — water, milk, juice, something for breakfast. It is not a policy. It is just what you do.
The collection
Two studios for couples, two homes for families and groups of up to five. All four in the same village, all four looked after by the same family.

Ostria View is five metres from the sea. Aura Beach Studio and Votsalo sit side by side directly on the beach. Cosy is two hundred metres from the sand.

The village
A long sandy beach, a small harbour with day boats to the volcano island of Nísyros, and a seafront of tavernas — all within a few hundred metres of each other.
Kos International Airport is fifteen minutes away. Antimachia Castle is 3.5 km up the ridge. The ancient site of Alasarna is on the edge of the village. You can spend a fortnight here without hiring a car.
